The Role: Lead a High-Performance Sales Team This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of personal sales performance and team development. You'll lead by example — maintaining strong personal sales output while driving the performance, culture, and accountability of your team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Leading by example in sales performance, professionalism, and compliance. You will be on the phone selling yourself as well as managing your team. Maintaining strong personal sales output while setting the standard for margin discipline and pricing confidence Driving team revenue performance through weekly oversight and accountability Coaching consultants on objection handling, closing, and contract accuracy Conducting first-round interviews and supporting the onboarding of new hires Providing technical guidance and assisting with complex sales scenarios Managing appointment reallocations and lead allocation as required Acting as the first escalation point for sales-related issues Maintaining a high-performance, competitive, and positive team culture Delivering 2 x 1-hour training sessions monthly, with topics tailored to team upskilling needs, national rollouts, and business improvements You'll be working in fast paced offices in Coombabah with a tight-knit, collaborative, and high-energy team — an environment built for people who want to lead, grow, and win together.
